Who I Am
For as long as I can remember, I have loved words. I love their rhythm, their multiple meanings and how the placement of one piece of punctuation can entirely change their intention.
As a child, I was never one to get excited over a new box of crayons. To me, they were utilitarian, a means to an end – and any box containing more than eight colors was simply overwhelming.
But I vividly remember the day I discovered the thesaurus. THAT WAS LIFECHANGING! That one book equaled a million shades of verbal crayons at my fingertips. With that, I learned to be an artist.
Today, I enjoy focusing the power of words to influence change in the business and non-profit arenas. I draw energy from absorbing the passions of others and helping them communicate their goals. Telling the story of a person, a product or a cause in a manner that’s understandable and engaging is what I do best. I’ve done this in the fields of education, public health, the arts and civic improvement.
Let me help you design the right words to tell your story.
